Dustin Pike Dustin Pike

Dustin was born and raised in Utah spending almost all of his childhood drawing even when he was supposed to be doing schoolwork.

In 1992 he married his best friend and they have been happily married since. They have 4 wonderful children, though he is his wife's biggest kid.

Dustin joined the USAF to work in Commercial art, but ended up an Ammo troop instead, spending 3 yrs in Germany. He came back to the states to Hill AFB in Utah and has been there since.

Dustin is an avid Disneyland fan. He loves Disneyland almost to the point it's unhealthy. His wife talks about intervention...maybe she's not joking...He thinks his style is influenced by Disney as well as older Hannah Barbera cartoons and anything Jim Henson has done, mainly Fraggle Rock and other muppet related stuff.

Dustin is excited to be able to move his scribbles into the rubber stamp medium. He hopes he can live up to the expectations of his fans!

Laurie Furnell Laurie Furnell

I was born in into an artsy, crafty family. My Mom & Dad was always working on some sort of art project...So, I am a self taught artist that comes by my talent naturally.

From the time I was little, I loved to draw and color. My mom use to call me her "Doodlebug" because no piece of paper was safe if I had a pencil in my hand. To me, there was no better gift than a pad of clean white paper and a new box of crayons.

I am now married ( 35 years this year...yeah!) to a wonderful guy. We have two grown children, and three grandchildren. My life revolves around my family, the gospel of Jesus Christ and my artwork. I love to read fantasy adventure books ( when I have time...LOL) cook, garden and spend time with my family. Our favorite place to vacation is Disney World...I do love Mickey! I guess I'm still a kid at heart.

I am so excited about this new adventure in stamping...to be working with High Hopes Rubber Stamps is like a dream come true... I have a whimsical, folksy style, something that fits perfectly with the High Hopes stamps. I look forward to creating some new and wonderful art for High Hopes in the future and can't wait to see what all you talented stampers can do with my art today...Happy Stamping!

Tina Marie has always loved arts and crafts. Even as a child her creativity found many outlets, such as writing, playing the ukelele, acting, and doodling.
She married her childhood sweetheart, Jeff Collette, the day after HS graduation and became a devoted Air Force wife and mom. The young couple had their first child 11 months after they were married, and the stork seemed to make a yearly stop at their place after that. Being young, in love, and “poor as church mice” is what Tina Marie gives a lot credit for her creative inspiration. “We had to make every dollar count, so we did a lot of 'treasure hunting' at yard sales on base”. That is not to say the kids were not immaculately dressed, and the house was not furnished beautifully...it's just to say that they were not first hand goods...

Tina Marie collects antiques and beautiful pottery, quilts, baskets and other items that make a house feel welcome. She realized that the best place to find these things were at tag sales...and that happily, many times these old treasures cost less than their new counterparts. "I appreciate the quality workmanship that goes into these treasures", she says. "I strive to put that same quality into each of the stamps we make, and give that same personal attention to each of our customers".

Tina Marie enjoys restoring old furniture, and making reproduction antique cross stitch samplers, gardening, canning, and of course rubber stamping! She loves making handmade crafts to give for gifts, as they are gifts from the heart. Her favorite things to stamp are wooden ornaments, and valentines cards with candy.
