Tina Marie has always loved arts and crafts. Even as a child her creativity found many outlets, such as writing, playing the ukelele, acting, and doodling.
She married her childhood sweetheart, Jeff Collette, the day after HS graduation and became a devoted Air Force wife and mom. The young couple had their first child 11 months after they were married, and the stork seemed to make a yearly stop at their place after that. Being young, in love, and “poor as church mice” is what Tina Marie gives a lot credit for her creative inspiration. “We had to make every dollar count, so we did a lot of 'treasure hunting' at yard sales on base”. That is not to say the kids were not immaculately dressed, and the house was not furnished beautifully...it's just to say that they were not first hand goods...

Tina Marie collects antiques and beautiful pottery, quilts, baskets and other items that make a house feel welcome. She realized that the best place to find these things were at tag sales...and that happily, many times these old treasures cost less than their new counterparts. "I appreciate the quality workmanship that goes into these treasures", she says. "I strive to put that same quality into each of the stamps we make, and give that same personal attention to each of our customers".

Tina Marie enjoys restoring old furniture, and making reproduction antique cross stitch samplers, gardening, canning, and of course rubber stamping! She loves making handmade crafts to give for gifts, as they are gifts from the heart. Her favorite things to stamp are wooden ornaments, and valentines cards with candy.

The first time Crissy Armstrong held a pencil in her hand was the day she discovered her deep passion for creating works of art.
Through the years she has developed a diverse portfolio, ranging from cute, whimsical line drawings and impressionistic scenery paintings to realistic and detailed portraits of people and animals.

When she showed us her “Ellie” the dancing elephant, we were immediately struck by her ability to create a character that mixed sweet innocence with subtle humour. “I believe laughter is a gift that comes right from The Father’s heart and I just love being able to share glimpses of Him in my humble drawings. Whenever I’m creating I sense God’s joy over me.” Crissy finds abundant inspiration for her art in the loving atmosphere of her home that she shares with her husband, children and two rambunctious dogs in Ontario, Canada.

Tony DeMarco and his wife Myrna started the original rubber art stamp line "For Me and My House" when an illness kept Tony from his job as a millworker. Their rubber stamp business was a great success for many years until the couple decided to put their efforts elsewhere. Tony was a self taught artist, and a very spiritual, loving, husband and father...If you complimented him on something, he would most likely blush and give the Glory to God.

Tony created many cute little country boys and girls using his own children and children of friends as inspiration. His warm smile and gentle spirit shine through in all of his works. As time went on, Tony devoted his efforts to the ministry, studying God's word, and sharing time with youth.

We are proud to incorporate Tony's art into the High Hopes Rubber stamp line, his images continue to delight stampers, his life continues to Inspire many.
