You have four options when placing orders: Mail, Fax, Phone, Email.

We accept payment via cheque, Money Order, Cashier's Cheque, Interac
(Certapay) Email Money transfer, and Pay Pal. Credit card payments
will be processed through Pay Pal. If paying by cheque, there will
be a minimum 8 day waiting period to allow the funds to clear our
bank before order is shipped.
All orders are custom made for you. Please allow 3-5 days from the
time of payment, for your order to ship. Many orders will ship within
24 hours. Some orders may take longer to process during peak holiday/crafting
seasons, you will be notified of any delay. In case of out of stock
items, you will be refunded for that item, and asked to re-order.

We are happy to process overseas orders. We would charge actual
airmail shipping, plus insurance. We can only quote your shipping
once we know the actual weight of your order. We will not be responsible
for any duty, taxes or brokerage fees you may incur upon delivery.
This includes US orders. All customs forms will be filled out as
per required by law.

All orders are shipped with insurance, and should arrive in perfect
condition. As such, we accept returns only on flawed merchandise.
In the event of postal damage, a claim will be filed as per the
individual carrier's contract requirements. Any item returned to
us with manufacturer flaws will be cheerfully replaced at our expense.
Please do not return merchandise to us without contacting us first,
for a return authorization number, at: highhopesstamps@sympatico.ca.

After analyzing several different shipping price methods, and charts,
we have chosen a "FLAT RATE" shipping scale. This scale
seems to be favored by most, for ease in ordering, and will be utilized
to save us both time in the ordering process. Your shipping costs
include packaging, insurance, and the actual cost of shipping. As
stated above, on International Orders, all customs forms will be
filled out at actual value, and the customer will be responsible
for any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees involved upon delivery.
For our Canadian customers, please be aware that Canada Revenue
requires us to charges tax on your total plus shipping.
Our
shipping rates for all Canadian and US customers are as follows:
$00.00 - $25.00 = $ 6.50
$25.01 - $45.00 = $10.50
$45.01 - $60.00 = $13.50
$60.01 - $80.00 = $15.50
$80.01 - $99.99 = $17.50
$100 and over = at actual cost, figured by weight,
location, and service used
International
Shipping Rates are calculated at actual cost, figured by weight,
location, and service used.
Please
note that if ordering unmounted stamps, you should contact us for
a shipping quote before remitting payment. Unmounteds weigh less
as they are not mounted on wood, and so in turn cost less to ship,
so your shipping total will be adjusted down to reflect that savings.

We ship most orders via Canada Post standard parcel services. All
Parcels are insured at a cost of $1 per $100 value. Insurance is
included in your total shipping cost. Wholesale, and large retail
orders may be less expensive to ship via UPS, or Expresspost. In
that case, UPS or Expresspost will be used at our discretion. |
